Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully. By booking or receiving any service from CrystalLux Detailing Limited ("CrystalLux", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between CrystalLux and the Client and supersede any prior discussions or representations.

DEFINITIONS1.1 "Services" means any detailing work provided by CrystalLux, including but not limited to exterior washing, interior vacuuming, steam cleaning, leather and fabric care, protective sealants, engine bay cleaning, and any add‑on packages explicitly listed on our website. (For clarity, CrystalLux does not currently offer machine polishing, paint correction, or similar services.)1.2 "Booking" means a scheduled appointment for Services.1.3 "Mobile Service Area" means the geographic zones within which CrystalLux offers on‑site detailing, as published on our website from time to time.SCOPE OF SERVICES2.1 CrystalLux will perform the Services with commercially reasonable skill and care and in accordance with industry standards for premium automotive detailing.2.2 Service descriptions, package inclusions, and current prices are published on CrytsalLuxDetailing.com. We may update or withdraw any package at any time prior to accepting a Booking.BOOKINGS & PAYMENT3.1 Bookings may be made online, by phone, or by email. A Booking is confirmed once CrystalLux issues a confirmation email or text message.3.2 No deposit is required. Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the Services and may be made by EFTPOS, credit card, or other methods accepted by CrystalLux.3.3 Prices include GST (where applicable) and are quoted in New Zealand dollars.CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING4.1 You may cancel or reschedule a Booking at no cost up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.4.2 Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may, at CrystalLux’s discretion, incur a late‑change fee of up to 25% of the quoted price.4.3 CrystalLux may cancel or reschedule a Booking due to severe weather, road closures, staff illness, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will use reasonable efforts to offer the next available time slot.CLIENT OBLIGATIONS5.1 You must ensure that the vehicle is parked in a safe, legal location with sufficient space and access to complete the Services.5.2 You must remove all personal items and valuables from the vehicle prior to the appointment. CrystalLux is not liable for loss of or damage to items left in the vehicle.VEHICLE CONDITION6.1 CrystalLux reserves the right to refuse or amend a Booking if, upon arrival, the vehicle is in a condition substantially different from that described at the time of Booking (e.g., excessive pet hair, biohazards, mould, or heavy soiling). Additional charges may apply in such cases, subject to your approval.6.2 All pre‑existing scratches, paint defects, upholstery tears, or other damage will be photographed where practicable and noted prior to commencing work.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY7.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot be excluded by law.7.2 Subject to clause 7.1, CrystalLux’s total liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the lesser of (a) the cost of re‑supplying the affected Services, or (b) the amount you actually paid for those Services.7.3 CrystalLux is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of use, or loss of opportunity.WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES8.1 We stand behind our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the detailing performed, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of service completion. We will, at our discretion, re‑clean or re‑treat the affected area at no additional cost.PRIVACY9.1 CrystalLux collects and stores personal information you provide to manage Bookings and deliver Services. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) and our Privacy Policy, available on our website.GOVERNING LAW10.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
